How do I combo into the Stumble-causing S.HK?

I've seen AI do it, and I did it recently by complete accident in training and can't replicate it; From what I can tell, it's the only non-air move the combos into the Wulf Shoot.
 
sHK, and other normals that stagger, only stagger as the first hit of a chain

sHK does stagger
hop jMP > sHK start a new chain with sHK, so sHK staggers

make sense?

Yeah, I get it.
 
It's odd, I can combo hop MP into the kick, but they always recover before it with hop MK
 
Jmp has about 5 more frames of hitstun than jmk, so its easier to link after jmp, but still doable with jmk

The get-up animation last just the tiniest bit too long.

Seems like L. Hurting Toss into hop MP is the best way to combo into the reset
